Corporate Facilities
All of the Palace State Rooms can be reserved exclusively for your function. Our Events Manager or her assistant will be your hostess throughout the evening. A guided tour of the Palace will be included as part of your evening if you wish it.
Dinner can be served in the State Dining Room, which seats 12 to 24 persons around the table made for Queen Victoria's visit, The Long Gallery, where up to 110 persons can be accommodated, or within the Murray Suites, which accommodates 50 guests.
Conferences for up to 80 delegates can now be held throughout the year since the launch of the Murray Suite in 2008. These are sympathetically restored rooms, combining traditional furnishings with modern technologies.
Grand Dinners
Your visit includes drinks with canapés suitable to take on a tour of the State Rooms before Dinner (champagne is subject to an additional charge); a five course dinner (additional courses are charged extra per person); unlimited quality wines during the meal; coffee and chocolates; brandy and liqueurs after dinner; Scone Palace menus and place cards; and flower arrangements on tables.
Technical Equipment
Equipment for business meetings can be provided by prior arrangement, eg sound system, speakers, overhead projector, slide projector, screen, flipchart, staging, etc.

We have a portfolio of musicians, photographers, entertainers and hotels that we can suggest for your event, all of whom have previously worked with Scone Palace.
