Step into the Old Kitchen and discover the secrets to perfect festive baking with Palace Baker, Mark Birrell. Learn how to create beautifully crisp pastry, use our traditional Palace mincemeat for the ultimate filling, and take home four delicious mince pies along with a detailed recipe card so you can recreate the magic at home.
The class begins at 11:00am, and by 12:30pm, your pies will be baking to golden perfection. While they’re in the oven, relax with a glass of warm mulled wine and enjoy chatting to Mark about all things baking.
A Palace apron, along with all ingredients and equipment, will be provided, but please bring along your own rolling pin.
